Currently, I'm on a mission to build a SaaS product — Enterprise Part Search — a market leader in this segment.
Healthcoach app
Working alongside an exceptional team, I led efforts to enhance user engagement within the app and contributed to the successful app rollout in new markets.
Medicine delivery app
I assisted the team in redefining the key user flows (sign-up, checkout) to increase conversion rates and boost the number of purchases in the app.
SaaS for Restaurants
During this engagement, I supported the rollout of the POS system for restaurants in Germany, ensuring alignment with both customers' needs and legal requirements within the market.
Music Fintech
During this discovery mission, I helped the company in exploring users' pains and desires, as well as identifying opportunities in the royalty management segment.
